The way I view my coaching practice is holistic.
MIND, BODY, & SOUL
are all considered in creating and implementing of every program.
I believe in treating the whole and not just the problem, sometimes this means creating new habits in day to day life not just in our exercise practice. Sometimes this means addressing
STRESS AND TRAUMA
that occurs in day to day life through movement, breath, and awareness.
Much of my work aims to be
PREVENTATIVE & FUNCTIONAL
while also building
STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY.
To me, I feel like a successful coach when I can help you
TRANSFORM YOUR PERSPECTIVE THROUGH THE POWER OF EMBODIED MOVEMENT.

Embodiment Coach
I am embodying, growing, healing, and creating. My roots go back to Chicago, Illinois and I currently reside in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was born with a passion for dance and continue to dance to this day. In my youth, I found rhythmic gymnastics, which turned into a 13-year career that ended in me competing at an elite level - training for the Olympics and representing the USA all over the world.
After retiring, I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. During my time studying, I found peace in strength training but quickly began to realize my body was not moving or feeling the best it could. Chronic Pain began to rule my movement practice. Once I became aware of my chronic pain, body imbalances, and injuries; I became an advocate for mind-body connection in movement. Leading me to get certified as a Personal Trainer with a specialization in functional pain free movement. I create LTQ Fitness to spread my knowledge. I teach people how to help themselves move their bodies, not only with strength & mobility, but by bringing awareness to the mind-body connection.
